Plants for hire. plants for hire at Cornish Garden Nurseries adds atmosphere and warmth to your wedding day or special occasion, without all the expense of buying plants that you may not require after the occasion, such as palms and cordylines, olive trees, bay trees, bamboo or ornamental grasses. We deliver and collect your choice of plants, minimum spend for hire is £150 plus delivery and collection(see below for charges).
We recommend that you call into the nursery a few days before the date of your hire to select the plants you prefer.Or e-mail us your ideas, on which we will try our best to bring to reality.
Once the plants are selected , all we require is a cheque to the full value of the plants, which we hold until the day after the wedding or event, and then return with the safe return of the plants hired. Also another payment by credit card for 20% of the value of the plants. Carraige for delivery and collection is charged at £30 for 10 mile radius of Truro, over 10 miles to 20 miles will be £40, over 20 miles £1 per mile for delivery and collection .
If there is any damage to the plants which would devalue them we will have to make a charge depending on the amount of damage (between 20%-80%).For any loss of plants the full 100% charge would be made.This would be payable before the cheque for the full value of the plants is returned by credit card.

Our wonderful olives add that Greek feel to any wedding ! These hardy evergreen trees can be supplied as a small tree standing approx 6ft tall with a canopy of 3-4 ft wide , or as a well establised tree standing 8ft tall with a canopy of 4-5ft , making a statement, one of peace and love.
